FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to device for manufacture of construction bearing and self-bearing insulated monolithic reinforced panels on the basis of polyurethane foam used in industrial and civil construction. Method is described for manufacture of construction panel, which includes placement of sheet material on device base, installation of rectangular frame with clearance relative to device base and filling of polyurethane foam via pouring device. ^ EFFECT: manufacture of construction panel with maximum heat and sound insulation achieved by break of heat-conductive connections of external panel planes to internal ones. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
