摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective utilization of powdery industrial waste embarrassing in its disposition as a back-filling material having a prescribed viscosity and bleeding percentage after being kneaded with water without damage to the moisture-absorbing function of the smectite type clay mineral, even when it is premixed, developing a prescribed strength after hardening, being formulated promptly on site with no occurrence of formulation miss by the worker. SOLUTION: A smectite type clay mineral, for example, bentonite, a siliceous powder, a powdery industrial waste, for example, blast-furnace slag, a powder of waste concrete, ash of fluid-bed boiler, sewage sludge molten stag, garbage incineration molten slag, a thickener and a retarding admixture are uniformly formulated in a prescribed proportion. The blast-furnace slag may be displaced with cement or a mixture thereof with blast furnace slag, or may be displaced with a combination of blast furnace slag with fly ash.</p>
