PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag sealing apparatus having a small size in its outer shape, favorable in tightness of an article to be packaged, and capable of obtaining a packaged product excellent in its external appearance. SOLUTION: Cylindrical rotary shafts 4, 5 are rotatably mounted to slide bodies 1, 3, and seal blocks 6, 7, each being provided with a vacuum plate 10 with holes 9, are mounted to these rotary shafts 4, 5, respectively. Air in the seal blocks 6, 7 is sucked by a vacuum pump, etc., and a side end of an opening of a bag A is rotated under the condition that it is sucked and held between the seal blocks 6, 7, and is pressed against a front face of an article 21 to be packaged in the bag A. Then, the side end A1 of the opening, which is held between top ends of the seal blocks 6, 7, is pressurized and welded under heating. |
