PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malfunctions of an electromagnetic lock or a solenoid by a short-circuit current by supplying electric energy supplied from a power source through a driving means to a locking means. SOLUTION: Circuit constitution for supplying a power supply voltage (VCC) supplied from a grounded (FG) power source 21 through a driving circuit 202 to the electromagnetic lock or the solenoid 200 is attained. That is, when control signals are inputted to the driving circuit 202 and a driving element is driven, a current is made to flow in the route of the VCC→the driving circuit 202→the electromagnetic lock or the solenoid 200→GND and the electromagnetic lock or the solenoid 200 is driven. The electromagnetic lock or the solenoid 200 is connected to a collector or an emitter. Thus, the malfunction of the electromagnetic lock or the solenoid 200 at the time of short-circuit is prevented. Needless to say, the danger of the heat generation of the electromagnetic lock or the solenoid 200 or the like is prevented as well.
