<p>The device used for generating of the tension force closed to universal supporting equipment, is created based on the carrying frame (1) together with the central axle (2) being able to be rotated and this axle has a fixed connection with the conic wining drum (3) equipped with the circumferential guiding drain having a shape closed to screw line. On the central axle (2), there is located at least one fixed shell (6) and at least one removable shell (9). In the fixed shell (6) and in the removable shell (9), there is located spiral spring and it is situated on the individual winding axle (11).</p> |
