PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield of a coating material by forming a primer layer of an acrylic powder coating material on the basis of a metallic material, a base coat layer of a colored solvent type top coat layer of an acrylic powder clear coating material on the primer layer, and a top coat layer of an acrylic powder clear coating material on the base coat layer. SOLUTION: A primer layer 2 of an acrylic powder coating material is formed on the basis 1 of a metallic material, a base coat layer 3 of a colored solvent type coating material is formed on the layer 2, and a top coat layer 4 of an acrylic powder clear coating material is formed on the layer 3. The same powder coating material with the acrylic powder clear coating material of the layer 4 is preferably as the acrylic powder coating material of the layer 2. An acrylic high-solid metallic coating material is used preferably as the colored solvent type coating material of the base coat 3 in view of good appearance. In this way, the material yield can be improved. |
