PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an engine from starting by replacing an ECU. SOLUTION: Information to utilize immobilizer function or not is stored in the non-volatile memory 20f of an engine control ECU 20. Meanwhile, the judging part 20e decodes signals from input terminals 40a-40n, so as to judge existence of immobilizer function. When the signals from the input terminals 40a-40n have not no immobilizer function, it does not operate as no immobilizer function. |
