PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge the gas generated during the working by providing an approximately cylindrical suction part on a movement rail along its longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: An approximately cylindrical suction part whose inner side is hollow and a slender slit-shaped suction hole is provided along the longitudinal direction on the lower side is provided on a movement rail 23. An expandable and deformable flexible tube 24 is connected to one end side of the suction part, and a suction device is connected to the other end part of the flexible tube 24. When the suction device is operated, the air above a table 21 is sucked in the slender suction hole in the suction part to enable suction approximately over the whole length in the longitudinal direction of the movement rail 23. Even when the movement rail 23 and a laser beam irradiation part 25 are moved to an arbitrary position, the suction part follows and is moved to perform sure discharge of the smoke. |
