PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the design time, to improve the design precision and to reduce the circuit scale by using a T branch circuit applying a distribution constant line to construct a matching circuit. SOLUTION: A double stage amplifier contains two FET 2, plural MIM capacitors 3 and two via holes 4 which are provided on a chip substrate 1. Then such component elements as the FETs, capacitors and via holes are connected to each other via a matching circuit which consists of a T branch circuit applying a distribution constant line 5. Thus, the divided areas can be prepared for every T branch circuit for analysis of an electromagnetic field when a microwave integrated circuit is designed in its compact scale. As a result, the circuit design time is shortened and the circuit design precision is improved in consideration of the target performance of the circuit for every T branch circuit. At the same time, the circuit scale can be reduced. |
