PURPOSE:To always hold the light emitting surface in uniform brightness by classifying plural luminous bodies into several partial light emitting areas on a plane and adjusting a voltage so that intensity of light in the partial light emitting areas becomes equal. CONSTITUTION:A controller 1 processes an image obtained from a camera 3 in a state that electronic parts 2 are not adsorbed, measures light intensity of the light emitting surface at every partial light emitting area of a surface light emitting part 4, and adjusts a power supply voltage supplied to the light emitting part 4 at every partial area so that light intensity in each partial light emitting area becomes equal. In this state, in the light emitting part 4, a nozzle 5 for adsorbing the parts 2 passes through the center part, a printed board 6 is irradiated with light from plural pieces of LEDs 7 which have been placed two-dimensionally, and the parts 2 are irradiated through a diffusion filter 8. This filter 8 equalizes the light emission intensity of irradiating light from the LEDs 7 which have been placed discretely, and brings a silhouette of the parts 2 to image pick up faithfully by the camera 3. |
