PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging by a foreign matter separated from a fluid on a fluid filter. SOLUTION: A spiral passage 15 starting from a central part and ending at an outside dead-end part 15e is formed in a cylindrical purifying chamber body 11, an inlet 12 of a fluid is provided on a central part of the passage 15, and an outlet 16 of the fluid is provided in front of the dead-end part 15e. At the time when the fluid flows in the spiral passage 15, a foreign matter contained in it is centrifugally separated, and it is pushed into the dead-end part 15e. |
