PURPOSE:To obtain a stereoscopic image having a smooth surface by making a warpage direction due to shrink action generated when a light-setting molten resin is cured not constant by differentiating the line direction of the raster scanning of a beam spot at each time when the formation of a cured layer is finished. CONSTITUTION:When the raster scanning of exposure beam to the liquid surface 4a of a light-setting molten resin 4 is finished with respect to one resolving surface, the exposure beam 18 cures the region subjected to raster scanning and one cured layer having the same shape as a resolving plane to be formed at first is formed. For example, one cured layer is formed by setting the first scanning direction to the line scanning direction of the exposure beam 18. When one cured layer is formed, an elevator 5 is moved downwardly by one layer pitch. By this method, the light-setting molten resin 14 flows in on the already formed cured layer in the thickness corresponding to one layer pitch. Next, the raster scanning of the exposure beam 18 is performed with respect to the second resolving plane. In this case, the line scanning direction of exposure beam 18 is set to the second scanning direction. By this method, the cured layer corresponding to the second resolving plane is formed. |
