CONSTITUTION:The difference of both tensions detected with the operator side tension detector 3 and the drive side tension detector 4, that is, the tension deviation T =T3-T4, against this minute deviation with dead zone device 6, this output signal T is inputted to the 1st input terminal of the fuzzy estimation device 17. On the other hand, in the dead zone device 21, if the rolling load deviation before processing the dead zone is P, the upper limit value of dead zone is PUL, the lower limit value is PLL, the rolling load deviation P is, if PUL< P, P= P -PUL, if PLL<= P -<=PUL, P=0, if P <PLL, P= P -PLL respectively, the fuzzy estimating device 17 calculates the levelling amount L at the position of rolling reduction of the rolling mill 2 with the technique of the fuzzy estimation theory based on the tension deviation T after processing the dead zone and the rolling load deviation P after processing the dead zone.</p> |
