<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermistor at a reduced cost and whose initial resistance value is east to adjust. SOLUTION: A thermistor 50 comprises an insulating substrate 51, a first electrode film 52a, electrode films 52b, 52c and 52d and thermistor films 53b, 53c and 53d which are formed on the insulating substrate 51 and connect the first electrode film 52a and the second electrode films 52b, 52c and 52d respectively. In this thermistor 50, the thermistor film 53b is the principal thermistor film and the thermistor films 53c and 53d are the thermistor films for adjusting resistance value. The second electrode film 52b is connected to the principal thermistor film 53b and acts as a main track of the wiring pattern. The second electrode films 52c and 52d are respectively connected to the thermistor films 53c and 53d for adjusting resistance value and act as branch lines of the wiring pattern.</p> |
