PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintenance easiness such as light source exchange work at a high place, make compatible with the conventional incandescent bulb signal lamp, and improve fixture efficiency with better visibility by using a light emitting diode having a long service life. SOLUTION: An LED signal lamp 1 is provided with an LED light source 3 in a cup-shaped reflection mirror 2. The light source 3 permits plural circuit boards 5 to be arranged at a polygonal cylinder axially of the mirror 2. Plural LEDs 6 are closely mounted on the outer face of these boards 5. All the LEDs 6 are light-emitted in blue, yellow, or red. A cylindrical support cylinder 7 is secured eccentricity at the right end of the polygonal cylinder of the board 5. The penetration bole of a convergent diameter and 2d of the mirror 2 is closely penetrated and protruded outward at the right end of the cylinder 7 and is secured at this penetration part by adhesive such as cement. At the outer end of the cylinder 7, for example, a metal base 8 with its constitution identical to that of the metal base of the conventional incandescent bulb signal light is concentrically secured. The metal base 8 protrudes electric electric terminals 8b and 8c on the outer circumference face of the entire metal base 8a to be inserted into a power supply socket and forms an eyelet 8d. |
