PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which manages and processes various information about articles and energy and supports the choice of a processing process and a processing facility suitable for the age and the district based on the properties of the give wastes. SOLUTION: This system comprises a means for managing and processing information about articles and energy, information on stock and flow, information on processing, etc., and a means for judging a processing process for wastes or articles to be wasted and then choosing the processing facility and for example comprises a sensor section for measuring information, an information memory section 2, an information transformation section and an algorism for calculating or processing information. |
