摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a contact material for a vacuum bulb with excellent uniform ity and anti-welding characteristic by melting conductive material and anti- arcing material, rapidly cooling them to be solidified so as to include one mate rial which is over-saturated into the other and removing the over-saturated component with heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:Conductive material is made of Cu and/or Ag. Anti-arcing mate rial is included in row material with 20 to 80wt.% and its component includes at least one of Cr, W, Mo, Ti, Nb, Ta, V and Fe. All the conductive material and the part of the anti-arcing material are melted and rapidly cooled with more than 10<3> deg.C sec of cooling speed. Then, the conductive material including the over-saturated anti-arcing material and/or the anti-arcing material including the over-saturated conductive material with a diameter of less than 20mum is formed. This is cooled within cooling temperature range 800 deg.C to 400 deg.C and 0.6 to 6.0 deg.C/min in the temperature difference 100 deg.C or continually heated or re-heated in 0.25 hours at the temperature in the cooling temperature range so as to form a specified contact material.
