PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator having a shoulder cover for an aerosol product, which does not slip off from an aerosol container main body while the product is used with a possibility of a thousand to one, but can be easily removed at the time of disposal after usage. SOLUTION: In the working direction of an actuator 1 having a shoulder cover which is fitted on an aerosol container main body, a hinge part 8 is provided, and then, on the internal periphery of a ring band-form part 6, a removal preventive protuberance is provided within 90 deg. on the right and the left of the hinge part 8, and a vertical groove 14 which can cut off one part of the ring band-form part 6, is provided, and the ring band-form part is torn by holding the actuator part. |
