PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability in attachment and detachment without losing the connecting reliability of a connector by separately constituting an external conductor contact spring and a locking mechanism. SOLUTION: When a plug 1 is inserted to a receptacle 6, the protruding part 4a of a coupling 4 presses the elastic body 3c of a stopper ring 3 by the energizing force of a coil spring during insertion, and the stopper 3a is fallen into the locking recessed part 6a of the receptacle when the insertion is completed to engagingly lock the receptacle 6 and the plug 1. Simultaneously, a plug central conductor 8 and a receptacle central conductor 7, and a plug external conductor 12 and a receptacle external conductor 11 are also mutually connected, respectively. On the other hand, when the plug 1 is pulled out from the receptacle 6, the coupling 4 is axially retreated against the energizing force of the coil spring 5. Then, the stopper 3a is released from the locking recessed part 6a of the receptacle 6, and the locking state between the receptacle 6 and the plug 1 is released. |
