PURPOSE:To maintain the superior acceleration feeling by changing the brake application condition for a driven slip wheel according to the brake application state of the right and left driving wheels and permitting the brake power for the driven slip wheel to be controlled to a proper value surely at all times. CONSTITUTION:If the drive slip of a wheel is generated when the wheel is driven by the power supplied from an engine, a traction controller suppresses the drive slip of the wheel by applying brake onto the wheel by a brake means A for traction control which is installed individually for the right and left driving wheels. In this case, a brake application state detecting means B for detecting the brake application state of the right and left driving wheels by the brake means A is installed. When the drive slip is generated only on one driving wheel on the basis of the detected wheel brake application state, the brake application condition for the other driving wheel by the brake means A is changed by a brake application condition changing means C. Therefore, the trouble of deterioration of the acceleration feeling can be dissolved, when the driving force of a driven slip wheel reduces. |
