PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tear, keep stickiness of temporary adhesion at sewing time, and prevent local hardening of ultrasonic welding by integrally forming a lattice-shaped continuous rib on the reverse on the opposite side of an engaging surface of a base part sheet. SOLUTION: Tear is prevented by integrally forming a lattice-shaped rib 13 on the reverse face, and particularly, when a surface fastener 10 is sewn, for example, on a fiber fabric or the like, the tear along the most tearable sewing-up line is reliably prevented. For example, a pressure sensitive adhesice is applied to and temporarily installed on the reverse of the surface fastener 10 so as not to move on a surface of a mating member at sewing time or the like. Here, since the lattice-shaped rib 13 is formed on the reverse, many kinds of pressure sensitive adhesives different in pressure sensitive adhesive performance according to a temperature change are dispersively applied in a desired lattice formed of the lattice-shaped rib 13. Then, viscosity of the pressure sensitive adhesives coping with an ambient temperature of a wide range is exhibited, and always maximum viscosity is secured. In the case of welding by an ultrasonic wave, since pressing force concentrates on the rib on the reverse face, only that fixing force increases but also that brittleness of the whole sheet 11 can be prevented. |
