Film bag welding assembly with better temperature control

The welding apparatus, for working overlaid webs of film, has a welding stamp and a counter stamp (18) with a belt guide for a carrier belt (28), with adjustment across the direction (32) of material movement, in relation to the counter stamp. The belt guide groove (26) is at a slide (23) which moves on the counter stamp (18). The laying surface at the upper side of the counter stamp (18) is formed by a silicon belt or a belt of "Teflon" (RTM; poly-tetrafluoroethylene).
