Tester having a free amp sets stator trans(12) with a substrate(13) into sil(28) of cavity(10) and column of lower zig(11), connects rotor trans(16) onto stator trans(12), then presses the upper part of rotor trans(16) with upper zig(17). The switch(SW) of the pulse generator(19) is turned on to transfer pulse voltage, free amp and trans element are examined because element qualities of stator and rotor trans(12)(16) appear on the screen(27) of oscilloscope.
