PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lubricate first/second transmissions in a transmission case exactly, while restraing the increase of a weight, in the running transmission structure of a working car in which a hydraulic clutch type first transmission and a gear shift type second transmission are arranged in a transmission case. SOLUTION: A first transmission is arranged on the lower part in a transmission case 1 and a second transmission 4 is arranged on the upper part in the transmission case 1 and a lubrication oil is poured upto the position of a liquid surface A. The speed change control valve 23 of the first speed change device is provided on the upper part in the transmission case 1 and the drain port 34, 35 of the speed change control valve 23 are faced to the second speed change device 4 and the operation oil discharged from the speed charge control valve 23 is put on the second speed change device 4 and lubricated.
