<p>PURPOSE:To make input and output of desired data easily and quickly, by providing a common schedule table and selecting only schedules associated with a series of jobs from the common schedule table which are to be managed for registering them to a schedule definition table and managing the jobs based on the schedules. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a common schedule table 1-1 to which common schedules are registered, the common schedules including all the common schedules which are, for example, the least common multiple common to a series of different jobs including schedules which are different especially with the elapse of time (including the cases which are different with the revision of the patent law). Only all the schedules necessary for carrying out a series of jobs are extracted in such a manner that they are selected from the common schedule table 1-1 and they are registered in a schedule definition table 1-2. With such an arrangement, it is possible to create schedules to carry out a series of jobs easily and quickly and to manage them without fail.</p> |
