<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of a rear-end collision, by operating a rear- end collision alarm by outputting an alarm operating command signal for a following vehicle, when the vehicle deceleration detected by a vehicle deceleration detecting means exceeds a prescribed threshold value. SOLUTION: A vehicle deceleration sensor 1 inputs a vehicle deceleration signal to a comparator 2 to compare with a prescribed threshold value, and when it is the threshold value or more, the 1 signal is input to an OR gate, and when less than the threshold value, the 0 signal is input to the OR gate 3. To the OR gate 3, the 1 signal is input front the ABS(antilock brake system) 4 when the ABS is operated, and the 0 signal is input when the ABS is not operated. Furthermore, to the OR gate 3, the 1 signal is input from an automatic brake device 5 when a sudden brake is operated, while the 0 signal is input in the other condition. When either one of the input signals from the comparator 2, the ABS 4, and the automatic brake device 5 is the 1, the OR gate 3 inputs the 1 signal to a lamp device driving circuit 6. Responding to the input of the 1 signal, a hazard lamp 7 and an annunciator 8 are operated.</p> |
