The device comprises a first adjustment part (2) in which a cylinder (5) of a gas spring (6) is fixed. A piston connecting rod (7) of the gas spring extends downwardly out of the cylinder and in that direction is adjustable. The gas spring is self-lubricating and the seal between the cylinder and the piston connecting rod is always maintained in optimal condition through lubrication via the piston connecting rod. The piston connecting rod is fixed with the end turned away from the cylinder in a closure plate (9) which on the under side is fixed against the second adjustment part (3). By adjustment of the gas spring, the first adjustment part is adjusted in relation to the second adjustment part over an equal distance and in the same direction. |
