FIELD: methods of production of heterogeneous catalysts, particular, cracking catalysts. SUBSTANCE: cracking catalyst is produced by mixing zeolite U, clay, water and binder, molding, drying and calcination. Binder is used in form of aluminum oxide trihydrate which is calcined at temperature of 800-1100 C for 0.5-2.0 s and t treated with nitric acid in terms of 0.10-0.20 mole of nitric acid per mole of aluminum oxide at temperature of 150-180 C for 4-18 h. Binder is mixed with zeolite and clay in ratio of 1: (2-10): (15-44). Zeolite U is used in rare-earth, ammonia, hydrogen or mixed ion-exchange form. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
