FIELD: chemical, power, metal-working industries, aerospace and construction engineering, and consumer commodities. SUBSTANCE: heater has insulating layers made of material composed of 100-300 parts by weight of glass-reinforced fabric and binder composed of 100 parts by weight of liquid glass with curing agents, such as silicon, sodium fluoride, zinc oxide, 3.5-10 parts by weight, and filler, such as aluminium oxide, chalk, 50-150 parts by weight, as well as conducting material layers of same binder added with 5-20 parts by weight of graphite and 0.1-5 parts by weight of carbon fiber. From two to ten heaters are formed simultaneously between two metal sheets braced together by channel bars with bolts at ends; placed between heating plates are air-penetrable anti-adhesive separating layers and preformed heating plate placed at electric potential is inserted in center of assembly between formed plates. EFFECT: provision for noncombustible, nontoxic heaters of high reliability, heat-resistance and power capacity. |
