PURPOSE:To prevent a paper jam by providing a cover having an inclined surface which crosses the perpendicular surface passing through a cutter obliquely and a coupon issuance hole which is open laterally at the upper end of the inclined surface, above the cutter. CONSTITUTION:A guide surface 14 which comes in contact with both side edges of a long paper 12 is formed on both ends of a framework 13, and a space spreading open toward the surface direction of the long paper 12 is formed in the inner part of the framework 13. In addition, a cover 16 across the upper opening of the framework 13 is supported in freely rotating manner on the framework 13 by a fulcrum part 17 having a horizontal rotating shaft core against the upper part of the cutter 9. Then a coupon issuance hole 19 which is open on an almost vertical surface is formed at a position offset laterally from right above the rectangular holes 7a, 8a of the cutter 9, is formed between a dike part 18 formed on the framework 13 and the end of a idle rotating end side of the cover 16. Thus it is possible to prevent the slackening of a long paper and a paper jam due to this slackening in a path on the upstream side of the cutter. |
