Appliance for securing wiring accessories in flush type box

The appliance has secured to it a washer type carrier for the accessory with two U-shaped spring jaws, formed from a leaf spring, on opposite sides of the accessory. The carrier and one set of jaws form a U-shaped support holding the accessory whilst the other acts as a latching jaw with claws engaging in internal grooves in the box. The U-shaped jaws (3,3) are formed as arm extensions of the washer type carrier (2) and the latching jaws (5,5) are bent twice in opposite directions whilst the U-shaped supports (4,4) grip through the jaw section (5b).
