FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: task if invention is to enable efficiently manufacturing molds and cores owing to increased flowability of liquid glass mixes, increased hardening rate and strength after heat solidification, and retardation of granulated coal decomposition when heated in accessory. Invention consists in that, as surfactant for binder (liquid glass), urea in combination with granulated coal is used observing the makeup of ingredients (in wt %): refractory filler, the basis; liquid glass, 5-7; granulated coal, 0.8-3.5; urea, 0.5-2.5. EFFECT: improved procedure. |
