<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the title device having simple constitution, inexpensive manufacturing cost and high coordinate position detecting sensitivity by the use of comparatively less circuit components by providing the device with plural transducers, preamplifier parts corresponding to respective transducers, a common main amplification part and a common positional coordinate detection part. SOLUTION: When the surface of a surface acoustic wave propagation base 1 is touched with a touch member, surface acoustic waves generated on the base 1 are respectively propagated to plural transducers 5 to 8 and converted into electric signals corresponding to respective surface acoustic waves detected by the transducers 5 to 8. These electric signals are preamplified by a preamplification part 2 including a pair of complementarily connected differential amplifiers, low-noise amplified by a main amplifier part 3 having a low noise amplification characteristic and the amplified signal is supplied to a positional coordinate detection part 4. The detection part 4 applies required signal processing to the supplied electric signal and outputs a signal expressing the coordinates of the touched position on the base 1.</p> |
