<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for a constrictive part in a body cavity with a simple structure and being easily manufactured wherein there exists no possibility that the back end face of the apex part of a tube body is hooked to a stent and the position of retention of the stent is deviated and the tube body becomes hardly pulled out or impossible to be pulled out and an expandable stent can be easily retained at an accurate position. SOLUTION: This treatment instrument for a constrictive part in a body cavity 1 is a tube body 6 consisting of a self-expanding type stent 2 for being retained in a body cavity, a sheath 3 for holding the stent in the inner face 3a under a condition where the stent 2 is compressed in the central axis direction and a narrow diameter part 5 for storing the stent on the base end side from the apex part 4 which is inserted into the stent 2 and the sheath 3 and in which the apex part 4 is protruded from the apexes of the sheath 3 and the stent 2. The apex part and its neighborhood of the narrow diameter part 5 is formed into a tapered part which is gradually narrowed in diameter toward the base end side.</p> |
