The lower part of the mold part(10) is fixed, installed employing an anchor bolt(B) on the upper part of the lower wall face(W). Further the outer mold(MO) is fabricated, in the void provided between the mold part and the outer mold, therein concretes are poured. At this time, the piston load(38b) of the flow cylinder(38) that consists of a mold carrying means(30) is contracted, thus by adjusting the adjusting nut(64,65), the horizontal and vertical part of the mold(10) are precisely fitted.
