PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric porcelain compsn. having a high relative dielectric constant, high no-load Q and low absolute value of the temp. coefft. of resonance frequency by adopting a specified compsn. consisting of oxides of Ba, Ti, Li and Ln (Ln is La, Nb, Sm or Pr). SOLUTION: This dielectric porcelain compsn. has a compsn. represented by the formula BaO-(x+y)TiO2 -y/4Li2 O-z/4Ln2 O3 (where 4.2<=x<=4.6, 0<y<0.1, z=y and Ln is at least one kind of element selected among La, Nd, Sm and Pt). It is produced by mixing 1mol BaO-xTiO2 (4.2<=x<=4.6) with (y) mol (0<y<0.1) (Li1/2 Ln1/2 )TiO3 and firing the resultant mixture. |
