<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature simultaneous burned multilayer ceramic board, where a large number of very accurate resistors capable of being trimmed can be provided, and a mounting area allotted for other elements can be enlarged. SOLUTION: A low-temperature simultaneous burned multilayered ceramic board is equipped with a thick film resistor 14 formed on an inner layer, a trimming circuit pattern 12 formed on the outermost surface, and inner circuits 16 which connect the spots of the resistor 14 to the corresponding spots of the trimming circuit pattern 12.</p> |
