PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a robot action by monitoring always the speed of the robot action with at least two CPUs during making a servo electric power source. SOLUTION: A CPU (M-CPU 4) to command a robot action of a CPU other than a robot action controlling CPU (SV-CPU 12) always in making a servo electric power source is constituted to monitor in real time the speed of respective shafts of the robot, so that the safer robot can be controlled.
