PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment implement which has long-lasting lubricity (low-friction property) at the time of wetting the surface of the medical treatment implement with body fluid or aq. solvent, etc. does not require plural times of coating operations in forming its surface and has high safety by directly applying a coating material on base materials constituting the medical treatment implement. SOLUTION: The medical treatment implement has the lubricative surfaces by applying a copolymer compsn. consisting of (meth)acrylic acid, (meth)acrylic acid deriv and monomers contg. at least an epoxy group-contg. vinyl monomer on the surfaces of the base materials constituting the medical treatment implement and subjecting the coated surfaces to a heat treatment and alkaline treatment. |
