<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the production control system which can efficiently and accurately perform production control and manufacture products of high quality. SOLUTION: Department control means P1 -P6 are provided for respective functional departments 1, 2, 3, and 4. Further, the department control means P1 -P6 are connected by an in-office information communication network. Further, the department control means P1 -P6 are equipped with display means and open operation means and the display means displays integrated information based on respective pieces of information inputted to the department control means P1 -P6 on their screens. Further, information is handwritten and inputted on the screens of the display means through the pen operation means. The information is transmitted bilaterally between the department control means P1 and P2 provided for the control department 1 and the department control means P1 -P6 provided for the functional departments 2, 3, and 4 and the department control means P1 -P2 provided for the control department 1 integrally perform production control according to the respective pieces of information inputted to the respective department control means P3 -P6 .</p> |
