PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preparation for treating and preventing an intractable ulcer, gastritis and dermatitis resulting from a pathogenic microorganism as a cause, by selecting antimicrobial inhibiting substances and combining them. SOLUTION: This preparation for treating a chronic ulcer has a single or a composition state of a medicine selected from an antioxidant (including an antioxidative antimicrobial agent) and basic polysaccharides. The preparation has a composition state preferably comprising quercetin, anthracycline-based antibiotic and chitosan, further a functional food state utilizing a natural substance (processed substance), withstands long-term use and is excellent in terms of safety. |
