摘要	FIELD: medicine, surgical methods of treatment of locomotor system. SUBSTANCE: method of treatment of rocking foot in early children age includes access to rear and internal surfaces of foot, achillotomy and capsulotomy, dissection of talonavicular joint and juxtaposition of navicular bone and talus. Talus head and navicular bone are sutured by transosseous sutures. Then, tendon of musculus tibialis posterior is cut-off and sutured to place of juxtaposition of talus and navicular bone. Allotendon is sutured to region of calcanean tuber, its distal end is split, and one portion is brought to diaphysis 1 of metatarsal bone and the other one, to diaphysis 5 of metatarsal bone, and foot is fixed in position of tension of allotendon by transosseous sutures. EFFECT: provision of formation of foot vault and prophylaxis of illness recurrence.
