At least one protruding part 44 is formed on the circumferential surface of a lower shell 20 in a manner that radially projects and axially extends; the inner surface of the protruding part 44 provides a particulate matter accommodating chamber 46; an exhaust port 38 is formed in the lower end of the lower shell 20, the exhaust port 38 being communicated with the particulate matter accommodating chamber 46; and a valve 40 is provided in the exhaust port 38.
