<p>A modern intelligent traffic management system for supervising, controlling and administering vehicles, the vehicle owners and drivers is provided. The system includes automobile travel state recorder (1005), electronic vehicle license (1004) for recording vehicle information and the vehicle owner information and so on, electronic driver license (1003), portable inspector (1006), traffic police monitoring device (1001), road grade transmitting set (1007), red light disregard transmitting set (1008) and bank fine device (1002). By coordinately operating each part of the system above-mentioned, vehicle travel and management are connected into a unified inseparable entirety.</p> |
