The device comprises of a housing (1) with a longitudinal running slit (8), arranged with a first building component (4), that has a slidably rotated second building component (13) parallel to it. The housing is, at the very least, rotatable in it's longitudinal direction and is coupled, together with the second building component, with a transmission member (5,5'). The transmission member is partially linked to a projected area (9), via the slit. The interior of the housing is can admit pressure, whilst the transmission member has, at least, one channel (6,10,11,12) to convey pressure from inside the housing to the outer projected area. There is also a sealing system (20) to seal the longitudinal slit.
