LAYERED RUBBER SUPPORT BODY

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a layered rubber support body which restrains the projection of a rubber slab from an outside metal slab and prevents damage at the time of high surface pressure and high shearing twist. CONSTITUTION: In the case of a layered rubber support body made up by accumulating alternately plural metal slabs (middle metal fittings 6 and outer metal fitting 7) and rubber slabs 5 in a bonding or non-bonding state, the projection size L of an outer metal fitting 7 which is equivalent to 1/2 of difference between the diameter D4 of the outer metal fitting 7 and the diameter D3 of a middle metal fitting 6 is made to be three times or more thickness tR of a rubber slab 5. By chamfering the inside peripheral end part of an outer metal fitting 7 with roundness being added, the damage of the side end part of a rubber slab 5 due to projection can be further prevented.
