FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic press has fixed and movable cross-pieces, two power cylinders and return cylinders, hydraulic drive and system for controlling synchronized motion of movable cross-piece. Control system has multiplier-doser and reversing slide valve and is further provided with reducer-doser and set of controlling and commanding hydraulic apparatuses and movable member position detectors, which provide independent actuation of multiplier and reducer (multiplier in case of working stroke and reducer in case of idle stroke), returning of movable members of reducer and multiplier to the initial position at return stroke of movable cross-piece and filling their dosing cavities with liquid forced from power cylinders, replenishment or discharge of liquid from closed "power cylinder - dosing cavities" circuits prior to initiating each working cycle. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg |
