Form cutter for candle base

The appts. form-cuts a cone (21) on the end of a candle (20) and is original in defining the cone precisely. It comprises a container (1) for the wax cuttings, a form cutter (6) projecting into and fixed, or attachable to the container. The cutting edges (12) conform with a blunt conical surface which includes an angle (a). Near the smaller dia. (d) of the conical stump, is a stop surface (13). Openings allow the wax cuttings to fall into the container.
