PURPOSE: To effectively prevent the forgery and the alteration by a copying machine by forming the curve-like assembled pattern of a constant period discontinuity line made at the line drawing of the part not executed with a latent image of continuous lines of continuous lines and a line drawing of a predetermined shape where the line drawing of the part provided with the latent image arranged at a predetermined interval in a basic curve direction. CONSTITUTION: The contour line 15 between the continuous line 12 of the part not provided with a latent image and a constant period discontinuity line 13 of the part provided with the latent image is formed of a straight line crossing substantially perpendicularly to a straight line 11 in contact with a basic curve 8 at the crossing point 10 between the curve 8 and the contour line 9 of the latent image. A contour line 14 between the line drawing on the line 13 and a non line drawing is formed of a straight line crossed substantially perpendicularly to the line 11 in contact with the curve 8 at the crossing point 10' between the curve 8 and the line 14. Thus, the interferences among the line 12 of the part not provided with the latent image, the line 13 of the discontinuity line of the part provided with the latent image, the line 9 of the latent image, the line on the discontinuity line and the line 14 of the non-line drawing are prevented, and hence the latent image is impossible to be recognized by visual observation. |
