This invention relates to low temperature exciting element plates for physiotherapeutic apparatus, their processes of preparation and medical application. By this invention, a coating powder is made from the materials formulated with melting processed oxides and compounds of inorganic elements. The powder is then adhered to a substrate. The peak value of exciting electromagnetic wave is made to be more closer to absorbing peak value at normal human body temperature by means of adjusting formulation of oxides and compounds of inorganic elements, thus, a better effect of treatment is obtained.
